Well December was busy - not so much in accomplishments in the house, but rather in the hustle, bustle of Christmas. Still we are able to report that the stair rails, loft/balcony rails are complete. Master bath tile finished, M. bath granite laid and floors are totally ready in other baths for vinyl. Finish carpenters have started installing doors and JCLA is now working on the granite. No "real" date when we expect to be in.... since we missed Christmas & won't be ready for Ben's wedding, I'm resigned to the fact that we will be in, when we are in... going to stop getting so anxious. Finish carpenters are saying 2 weeks, then staining/finish of all cabinets and woodwork (3 days minimum); plumbers and electricians will then come in to install all the fixtures, touch up sheetrock and paint etc. --- so after Valentine's day at least.
